The WWMS PTSA has a rich history filled with volunteers and parents who work alongside with the faculty and staff, leaving us a legacy of an "A" rated school with support from the surrounding community.  Our goal is to continue this partnership with the teachers and staff, local businesses , and our School Advisory Council to ensure that Woodrow Wilson Middle School continues to be a highly rated, dynamic middle school to our current student body, and for future generations.

What exactly does the PTSA do?

Through programs and events, the PTSA supports the teachers, faculty and staff via mini-grants, assistance and open communication.  Through our membership, we bring parents into the school to assist with a variety of tasks that help to develop a strong sense of community.

Who can be a part of the PTSA?

If you have a child at Wilson Middle School, you are qualified!  We would like to extend a welcome to all parents and families, whether you have been part of Wilson in years past, new to Wilson as a 6th grade parent, or new to our area.  our work is divided up into many small parts and you are welcome to help in as many areas as you would like or even with the smallest of tasks.  Many hands make for light work, and we welcome your involvement.

If you have further questions regarding our work at the WWMS PTSA, or what your involvement looks like, please feel free to call Marlo Woodward, Katie Maddux, or Andrew Stephans.  Please also review the "VOLUNTEER" tab found on this website.

Looking forward to seeing you,

Marlo Woodward
